Past, Present, or Future???

Do you live in the past, present or future? If you are afraid of your future, you don’t have a present. If you live in the past, you never get to experience the ‘Now’.
Often times, people tend to live in their problems. The walk around with anxiety or depression. Problems do not exist in the present moment. They really only exist in the past or in the future. Worrying about the past and staying locked in it creates depression for the body. Worrying about the future and living in fear of it creates anxiety. How much less disease would exist if we simply stayed present to the moment.
Stop for a moment. In this instant, do you have a problem? I mean in this very moment , if you are present with yourself, your breath, and what you are feeling in your body…is there anything else that can possibly enter your mind?
As human beings we are prone to get attahed to events that affect us in an emotional way. Although these can be happy times such as weddings, births, and gatherings…they can also display themselves as times of pain such as deaths, betrayals, and misfortune. However we place meaning upon all of these things. We label situations and circumstances as good or bad, happy or sad, approprtiate or innappropriate. But what if they simply just “are”.
‘It is what it is.’ What an amazing statement! What if we could approach everything that comes into our life from this perspective of allowing what has come… to be what it needs to be… in that moment and accepting what it was… to move to the next it is what it is.  Would that also equate to the circle of life?
Animals live that way…children live that way…why do we not live that way. How does it serve us to stay stuck in the past or get caught up in the future? because it allows us to ignore how powerful we are meant to be in the present moment. They are large enough distractions to keep us from recognizing our greatness. To be in the present moment is to recognize who you are and what the possibilities are in a moment by moment basis. To not only recognize the possibilities but to move into choices that are not dictated by emotions, circumstances or beliefs of the past nor to be held hostage by the fears, needs or trepidations of the future. To be in the present moment is to stand fully in ones power, to go boldly into each step, and to not have a care in the world about how others might perceive you because you are to busy seeing yourself and hearing the beat of your own heart.
Be Bold…
Live Fully…
In this moment…find yourself!
All you have to do is…
BELIEVE…Beyond the Illusion!!!
